Once you place your order, we’ll send a confirmation email followed by your personal tracking link.
With your email and order number, you can check updates whenever you like.
It’s normal for tracking to take 2–6 days to show the first scan as the carrier prepares your parcel — your order is still on the way.
When will my wellness products arrive?
We dispatch every order within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Ireland: 5–14 business days
- Remote areas or peak seasons may take slightly longer.

Is shipping free with Eloira Health?
Yes — standard shipping is always free across Ireland.
If faster options are available, you’ll see them during checkout.
Do you offer wellness bundles or savings?
Absolutely. We like rewarding consistent self-care:

Only one discount can apply per order unless noted otherwise.
My tracking isn’t updating — is that normal?
Yes, this happens sometimes. Try the following:
- Allow a few days after receiving your tracking link for the first scan.
- If nothing changes after 6 business days, reply to your order email with your order number.
- If the parcel seems delayed, we’ll contact the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.
